Ensuring more affordable homes are built for families on brownfield sites whilst protecting Bath's greenbelt.
A recent first-time buyer himself, Ben has worked hard to ensure more Bath residents enjoy the security of home ownership.
He has lobbied in Parliament for the building of two affordable homes for every Council house sold, and highlighted the affordable housing development at Foxhil at Prime Ministers' Questions.
He also campaigned against overdevelopment of student accommodation in Bath and a reform of the HMO licensing system.
Following the announcement of the closure of Fitzroy House, Ben has also worked hard to make sure it remains sheltered accommodation.
